Holo Taco Advent Calendar: Days 10-12

Last three days! For day 10 we have a multi chrome flake topper called Wreath Havoc Taco. I used 1 coat over a black.





   For day 11, we have a ivory linear holo polish called Ice Angel. I only needed 2 coats. This is a great transitional color into spring as well. 




Day 12. We have another topper. This one is called Diamond Dasher Taco. I thought the diamond glitters were chunkier than they are but they seem to be reasonable size. You might have to fish them out if you don't roll the bottle between your hands (or shake it...which is not a problem) before using it. I used 1 coat over a black polish by Essie.





And that is all for the Holo Taco Advent Calendar. What do you think? I liked the items in them. My favorite polishes are Silent Night, I've Angel, and Call Me Vixen.

OPIcon polish: Lincoln Park After Brunch

 Hey everyone! Today, I am showing you a swatch of one polish I purchased from the OPI Spring 2026 collection: OPIcons. The collection is inspired by the iconic shades loved by customers.  I chose to purchase Lincoln Park After Brunch. This is inspired by Lincoln Park After Dark. This is described as a shimmery blackberry purple. This was opaque in 2-3 coats for me. The formula is good and easy. Wear two base coat layers because I might stain your nails. I like it. The purple is not as dark as Lincoln Park After Dark, but still deep enough to love. Did you pick up any of the new shades?

Holo Taco: Love at first swipe- swatch + review

 Hey everyone! Today, I am showing you two polishes that I purchased from Holo Taco's new collection for Valentine's Day. The collection is called Love at first swipe. They consist of 5 magnetic polishes and 1 topper. They also introduced their horseshoe magnet called Super Magnet. I already own a horsehow magnet from ILNP so I used that for the photos. I apologize for not being able to capture the magnetic effect well. I am still trying to figure out how to take better photos for different finishes. First is Pretty Privilege. This is described as a baby pink base with an icy pale pink magnetic pull and scattered holo. I used three coats because of the magnetic feature. If you want to use this unmagnetized, you can use two coats. Pinky and middle finger are the velvet effect. The ring and pointer are the typical cat eye effect.
